Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne is a Hollywood actress, author and best-selling novelist. Her talents have won her world-wide recognition. Sagittarius Born at the state of North Carolina on 3 December 1960. She's the eldest of three siblings, born to Peter Moore Smith who was an Army paratrooper.
